End Citizens United Is On A Mission To Push Big Money Out Of Politics
End Citizens United, a Democratic political action committee, is doing everything they can to get big money out of politics.
In December 2017 they revealed 20 Republican members of congress they plan on targeting in the 2018 elections.
End Citizens United believes these 20 Republicans, which they have dubbed the “Big Money 20”, are congress men and women who routinely put their own special interests ahead of the interests of their own constituents.
They take money from big donors and pass legislation based on what their donors want to see happen and not based on what’s best for the people in their states.
Some of the Republicans who made the “Big Money 20” list include Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, Rep. Will Hurd of Texas, Rep. Tom MacArthur of New Jersey and Rep. Dana Rohrbacher of California.

According to Tiffany Muller, the executive director of the PAC, the 20 Republicans on the list are the worst of the worst.
The PAC is hoping to raise $35 million and use it to help flip seats during the 2018 election cycle. While most incumbents on the list are facing tough elections in 2018, Ted Cruz and Paul Ryan seem to be holding steady.
End Citizens United operates as a traditional political action committee which means they are unable to accept donations that are larger than $5000. The good news is they have 3 million members they can rely on to help them reach their goal of $35 million.
What Is End Citizens United?
End Citizens United was established in 2015 with the mission of reforming the campaign finance system so big donors can no longer dictate what happens to the rest of us.
They are a grassroots organization that is fighting back against billionaires trying to buy elections.
The great thing about End Citizens United is they believe in the power of transparency when it comes to political spending. Not only do they preach this message, but they practice it as well.
